Culture is at the heart of layout and development projects for cities, but also attractiveness to attract creative persons and companies.

Hotbed of arts and culture are conducive to cultural diffusion and innovation and, through the presence of cultural institutions such as museums and the use of public areas, bring culture to the heart of the city by gathering a large number of creative workers within a small urban area. This conference, co-organized by SITEM and the Paris Region Institute, will present the theme of hotbed of arts and culture with a 360 ° approach based on the analysis of concrete international examples.
