2026 Barometer of Museum and Heritage Site Audiences

A SITEM 2026 Partner, Test kicks off the first day of the conference with the presentation of its Barometer. Founded in 1982 and led by Aurélie Caille since 2022, Test is a bespoke market research firm that supports major institutions and over 150 cultural sites every year.
Following the success of the 2025 edition, Test invites you to its conference scheduled for March 25, 2026, at 9:15 AM. The session will be presented by Magalie Buffet, Head of the Audience Department, and moderated by Olivier Allouard, Development Director. This presentation provides an overview of cultural practices and emerging trends that are transforming the connection between audiences, museums, and heritage sites.
