At a time when mental health, workplace well-being, and social cohesion are becoming major societal issues, culture is emerging as an unexpected yet powerful lever. From museums acting as wellness prescribers to companies integrating art into their Quality of Working Life (QWL) policies; from hospitals and local authorities developing “culture-health” programs to associations using artistic creation as a tool for inclusion, prevention, and support for vulnerable groups: a new field of action is taking shape. This movement sits at the crossroads of public policy, social innovation, civic engagement, and organizational strategies.
