Musa Guide is a new medium for museum mediation that lets curators keep an authentic voice in the age of AI. Visitors scan a QR code — no app, no hardware — and experience a personalised tour. The content is designed by curators, but delivered by AI: in the right voice, the right language, adapted to each visitor. Winner of the blooloop Guest Journey of the Year Award 2025.
