Optimizing the visitor experience: the art of rethinking flows within the Musée d’Orsay

Tuesday 25 March 2025 | 16:30 - Delorme Conference Room
In museums, understanding and optimizing visitor flows has become a strategic priority. But why is it so important? And how do new analysis and simulation approaches transform space management, whether for the quality of the visitor experience or the quality of life and working conditions of the teams?
In this workshop, the Musée d'Orsay and the Cabinet Solutions Productives will share their visitor experience around a "Flux Dynamics 4D" immersion device as part of a reception redesign project.
This approach, based on the analysis of the existing situation, the data and the specificities of the museum, helps to inform strategic decisions to streamline the visitor journey and improve the working conditions of the teams.
