Listen, analyze, anticipate: decipher the expectations of the audiences and non-public through prospective studies

Tuesday 25 March 2025 | 17:30 - Delorme Conference Room
This workshop will be led by Antoine Lecointe, head of qualitative studies, and Marion Ricordeau, in charge of qualitative studies at Test Gece. The workshop will cover the different methodologies of quantitative and qualitative surveys that allow the identification of emerging trends, expectations and development scenarios among the public and non-public in order to inform strategic decision-making. We will discuss participatory workshops, levers for encouraging attendance, attendance potential, co-construction with its audiences and potential audiences, and many other things... Lisa Noirmain, head of cultural programming at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, will notably testify to the interest of such a study in the strategic thinking conducted by her institution. Test Gece is a research and survey institute, specializing in the cultural and tourism sector

Following this workshop, a cocktail party organized on the Test - Gece stand will allow for discussion and to conclude this first day of SITEM.
