Young people have their say: Culture Pass ambassadors tell us about their museum outings

We're giving the floor to a group of young ambassadors from the Paris region for the Culture Pass to share their experiences with museum-going, whether or not they use the Culture Pass.

What initiatives interested or surprised them? Did they discover places or offers through the Pass Culture app? What are the barriers and levers identified for booking? What type of communication are they most receptive to?

This exchange will be an opportunity to remind museums of the variety of offers they can reference on the Culture Pass as well as the different museum promotions carried out on the application throughout the year.
