Current, upcoming or recently completed projects: this round table will take stock of current events in the cultural world, focusing on highlighting all the issues, difficulties and new solutions. How can we rethink visitor journeys? How can we articulate the different needs? The speakers will come to share their experiences and expertise on these subjects very directly.

- Paul Rondin , Director of the International City of the French Language – Château de Villers-Cotterêts
Paul Rondin is an administrator of the Centre Dramatique National d’Orléans, under the direction of Olivier Py from 2000 to 2007. In 2007, he joined Olivier Py at the Odéon-Théâtre de l’Europe to become its secretary general, then became the deputy director of the Avignon Festival from 2013. In 2014, he co-founded French Tech Culture, and speaks at numerous conferences in France and abroad on cultural policy issues and dealing with the digital/culture relationship. He was appointed Director of the Cité internationale de la langue française – Château de Villers-Cotterêts in January 2023.
- Laure Pressac, Director of Fine Arts Consulting, Beaux Arts & Cie Group
Laure is the head of Beaux Arts Consulting, a cultural engineering consultancy firm of the Beaux Arts group. She is interested in museums, their strategy, their digital projects, audience development and change management in cultural institutions. She is the former director of strategy, foresight and digital at the Centre des monuments nationaux where she created the Heritage Incubator, which supports start-ups in the cultural sector. She teaches cultural entrepreneurship and digital studies at CNAM and Sciences Po Paris.

- Noémie Giard , Head of Public Services at the Carnavalet Museum – History of Paris
Head of the public service at the Musée Carnavalet – Histoire de Paris since 2014, Noémie Giard participated, alongside her director Valérie Guillaume, in the major renovation project that took place between 2016 and 2021, and which notably made the museum more accessible to all audiences. Since the reopening, she has been working, with her team and in conjunction with the various departments of the museum and Paris Musées, on defining and implementing the establishment’s public policy. She published the text “Des musées socialement vifs” in the journal Esprit in March 2024.

Olivia Guiragossian is a doctoral student at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University, under the supervision of François Mairesse. Her thesis project focuses on the inventory of museums, the production of museum statistics, and more broadly on the various issues related to the definition of the museum. Olivia was awarded the “Young Researcher in a Museum” research grant (Ministry of Culture) to carry out a research residency at the Musée d’Orsay, and worked on the exhibitions of the Musée national de l’histoire de l’immigration from 2014 to 2016. She is a scientific collaborator at ICOFOM (International Committee for Museology of ICOM) and a project manager at the Consulting and Research division of Mêtis.
