Two journals and a collection of books, primarily focusing on In Situ heritage. Revue des patrimoines (https://journals.openedition.org/insitu/) provides heritage professionals and researchers the opportunity to disseminate and enhance results of their work related to the understanding, conservation, and transmission of works and objects for which they are responsible or studying. It aims to promote exchanges among different stakeholders and across the various disciplines that make up heritage sciences. The journal makes these generated knowledge available to the public.
Established in 2019, In Situ. Regarding social sciences (https://journals.openedition.org/insituarss/) is an annual open-access journal published by the Directorate General of Heritage and Architecture at the Ministry of Culture. Built on an ethnological foundation, the journal focuses on studying heritage issues as social, cultural, economic, and political phenomena.
The collection Ethnologie de la France et des mondes contemporains (https://www.editions-msh.org/collection/ethnologie-de-la-france-et-des-mondes-contemporains/) is published by Éditions de la Maison des Sciences de l’Homme in partnership with the Ministry of Culture. It includes numerous publications dedicated to heritage from an anthropological perspective.
