AUGURES LAB SCÉNOGRRRRAPHIE

L’Augures Lab Scénogrrrraphie is a professional, collaborative and prospective network committed to thinking about more respectful scenography within the limits of the planet. It brings together different professions (technical, production, design, etc.) and crosses disciplines, particularly the visual and performing arts, on a national scale. It counts some 80 members, independent actors and cultural institutions. Its aim is to promote the development of reuse, the circular economy and territorial cultural ecology in scenography-related practices. The Lab’s main activity is thus focused on action research to identify the brakes and levers on ecoscenographic practices, with the goal of producing expert, shared and shareable results – for example: environmental clauses in public contracts, flame retardant & alternatives, reuse & legal liabilities, etc. In addition, l’Augures Lab Scénogrrrraphie, in collaboration with Villette Makerz, is launching the écothèque: a new collaborative platform by and for professionals, designed to provide concrete eco-responsible solutions for stakeholders in the scenography chain.
